Valerie Patterson is the founder of Love It Free, a holistic initiative dedicated to elevating consciousness and supporting both personal and systemic transformation. With master’s degrees in Communication and Education, she began her career in marketing and design before choosing to dedicate her time to family and community service. Across every chapter of her life, Valerie has expressed herself as a creative builder, heart-centered visionary, and encouraging leader. Love It Free is a living expression of that truth — a vision of healing and authenticity for our changing world, moving toward a more heart-led future.
